A classic undertone
Located in the picturesque bay side of Brisbane, Ormiston is a charming suburb brimming with character. Our site, situated along a prominent intersection leading into Ormiston, was a previously dormant land waiting to be transformed. The suburb boasts a unique blend of architecture, with older plantation-style homes dotting the landscape.
Amongst these residential gems stands the famed Ormiston House, a heritage-listed home that serves as the inspiration for the architectural archetype we adopted for our townhouses. This infusion of history and traditional charm lends a timeless appeal to our development, creating a sense of elegance and sophistication in this idyllic corner of Ormiston.
What we did
Our design services were commissioned by the esteemed developer Azure Development Group. We drew inspiration from their acclaimed townhouse design formula while incorporating our own unique touch, all united under the cohesive theme of classic design. Our vision materialized in the form of a curated precinct consisting of 60 townhouses of three different types, placed in a ringroad configuration. Upon arrival, residents and guests are greeted by a private gate, granting access to a shared haven of community living. An expansive and inviting courtyard, reminiscent of an elegant lawn, unfolds captivatingly, seamlessly opening up to a plethora of communal facilities. Here, an enticing pool, a terrace, a well-equipped gym, and a gracious dining room interlace harmoniously, further leading the way to a community garden.
